Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund.

Returns are accepted only if:

Product is damaged during delivery
Wrong product received
Product received in expired or unusable condition

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened products
Used products
Products with broken seals
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Consumable products after opening

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

Order Number
Product Images
Packaging Images
Reason for return

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Replacement Policy

Eligible products will be replaced at no additional cost if:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged during transit
Manufacturing defect
